Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

 

 

 

  1. Osha uyoga vizuri, kisha weka siagi katika sufuria ishike moto. Tia uyoga ukaange kaange kidogo ili ulainike uyoga.

 

  1. Katika kisufuria kidogo, weka mafuta, kaanga kitunguu hadi vigeuke rangi.

 

  1. Tia thomu, kaanga zaidi kidogo, kisha tia nyanya na bizari zote kaanga tena kidogo.

 

  1. Panga uyoga katika treya ya kupikia katika oveni, kisha mwagia sosi juu yake.

 

  1. Kuna jibini ya mazorela umwagie juu yake pia.

 

  1. Pika (Bake) katika oveni moto wa kiasi hadi uyoga upikike zaidi na jibini iyayuke. Epua ukiwa tayari.

 

 

Kidokezo :

 

Ikiwa idadi ya uyoga ni kidogo, basi sosi itakayobakia unaweza kutumia katika Pizza au pasta.
