Mchele wa basmati                                        ½ Kikombe

 

Siagi                                                             1 Kijiko cha chai

 

Maziwa mazito (full cream milk)                       4 Vikombe

 

Iliki                                                               ½ Kijiko cha chai

 

Sukari                                                             ½ Kikombe au zaidi

 

Zaafarani au vanilla                                          Kidogo

 

Lozi na njugu (pistachios) zilizosagwa sio sana   1 Kikombe

 

 

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

 

  1. Osha mchele na roweka kiasi ya nusu saa.
  2. Katika sufuria, tia siagi iache ipate moto, tia mchele na ukoroge.
  3. Kisha mimina maziwa na iwache ichemke pole pole kwa muda wa nusu saa hivi.
  4. Tia zaafarani (ukipenda), iliki na sukari.
  5. Iwache ichemke kwa muda wa dakika 10 zaidi.
  6. Halafu tia lozi na njugu, changanya vizuri kisha mimina kwenye vibakuli na iyache ipate baridi na tayari kuliwa.
