Namna ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika

Samaki:

Katika kibakuli kidogo, changanya; kitunguu thomu, tangawizi, chumvi, pilipili zote za unga, ndimu, parsely, bizari ya mchuzi na mafuta vijiko viwili vya supu.

Pakaza kwenye samaki.

Weka vipande vya samaki katika treya ya oveni kisha uchome (grill) huku ukigeuza hadi samaki awive. Epua weka kando.

 

Wali:

Osha mchele roweka kisha uchemshe uive nusu kiini

Mwaga maji uchuje mchele

Weka mafuta katika sufura, tia mboga mchanganyiko kakaanga kidogo

Weka vidonge vya supu, tia maji ½ kikombe, tia chumvi kiasi

Mimina mchele uchanganye vizuri, kisha funika hadi uive wali ukiwa tayari
